Ryan Ingram is the founder and principal agent of Ingram Insurance Group in Dayton, Ohio. Guided by faith in Christ and a deep sense of purpose, Ryan built his agency on the belief that serving others with honesty, care, and integrity is the cornerstone of lasting success. His approach to insurance is shaped by real-world experience in law enforcement, business ownership, and real estate investing — not theory or sales tactics. He is an active member of Cassel Hills Church of Christ in Vandalia, OH; where he seeks to live out his mission of service alongside a congregation dedicated to following the teachings of Christ and supporting the Miami Valley area.

As a husband and father of seven (and counting), family is at the center of everything he does — both at home and in business. It’s not uncommon to see a few of Ryan’s kids around the office, learning the ropes and greeting clients with big smiles. Ryan believes strongly in building businesses that integrate family, responsibility, and long-term legacy, creating an environment where clients feel known, supported, and respected.

Before founding Ingram Insurance Group, Ryan served in law enforcement in North Carolina, where he specialized as a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). His work focused on identifying impaired driving, improving traffic safety, and making high-stakes decisions under pressure. That background instilled a disciplined, detail-oriented mindset that continues to guide how he evaluates risk and protects clients today.

Ryan founded Ingram Insurance Group in 2017, and by 2019 the agency had grown to replace his full-time career. Alongside the agency, Ryan and his family own and operate several hundred rental properties throughout Montgomery County, giving him first hand insight into the challenges faced by real estate investors and business owners. He has also started, purchased, and sold multiple businesses across different industries, and today serves as a licensed realtor and business coach.

Under Ryan’s leadership, Ingram Insurance Group has grown into a trusted independent agency serving clients across Ohio with home, auto, life, rental property, and business insurance. Whether protecting a first home, a growing portfolio, or a family legacy, Ryan’s mission is to provide coverage with clarity, confidence, and accountability — built to hold up when it matters most.
